Sony finally drops a presentation of the PS5 UI and it looks… good! Dan and Dave discuss all the cool new features. Sony finally gets in on the teardown game and gives us how the system all comes together. Dan and Dave get into all the CPU, GPU, I/O and cooling goodness. Also, it clocks in as the biggest game console ever. In the news, Doctor Strange is confirmed to be in the new Spider-man movie, Microsoft partners up with Gamestop and John Rambo steps up as a Mortal Kombat fighter.
Not to be outdone, Sony steps up and announces launch date and prices for the PS5 and surprise, they are very reasonable. They open the conference with a Final Fantasy XVI trailer and Dave goes a little nuts. They end it with a teaser for a new God of War and Dave and Dan go a little nuts. Microsoft, in an effort to get ahead of the leak, drop the price of the Series X and announce the Series S and price. Sony then races to announce a presentation soon after.
