It’s the first episode since E3 has ended so it’s time for Dan and Dave to look back at all the conferences, all the announcements and give our thoughts on what they loved and what they hated. Also, the votes are in and we have a prediction winner. It was a close one just like every year but only one can take home the championship belt. Listen in to see who takes it. In the news, we get pricing and specs on the Atari VCS, Konami throws it’s hat in the ring of the mini console game and Nintendo explains why they chose to delay the new Animal Crossing. All that and Dan and Dave wax philosophical on game cart preservation.
Day 2 of our coverage of E3 2019 is here. We’ve got Betheseda, Ubisoft, Limited Run, Devolver Digital and the PC Gaming Showcase on this episode. Dave and Dan break down all the highs and lows and how… yeah, Dan’s gonna end up buying everything and Dave’s love for the PC platform stands strong.
Big news dropped from Nintendo this week. After only a screenshot of the logo back from E3 2017, Nintendo announces that it will be throwing out work done on Metroid Prime 4 and bringing back Retro Studios back into the fold. Also, rumors of a Metroid Prime Trilogy remake emerge, Google wants to get into the home console game and Betheseda denies Fallout 76 free-to-play rumors. We’ve got two review round-ups this week, Kingdom Hearts III and Resident Evil 2 remake. All that and Rated G’s thoughts on the upcoming Resident Evil tv series on episode 149 of Rated G for Gamers.
